At KumlinRecruiting we have established ourselves as an exclusive boutique for top level soccer players from all over the World going to college to study, play soccer and receive scholarship. We are based in Sweden and the majority of our clients are Scandinavians, however, with our 15 years of experince and unbeatable network, we also assist clients from many different countries such as Finland, USA, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, etc.

We are one of the very few college recruiting agencies across the World who only works with Soccer players, hence giving us and our clients and edge from the very start. Over 50% of our clientele have national team experince (camps and/or caps).

In the 2023 season we had 42 of our clients in College in the various National Championships.

We tailor each respective college search in relation to the clients respective profiles (soccer level, academic level, preferences and time frame) all in alliance with NCAA and NAIA rules and regulations.

We have refrained from obtaining the professional player agents license for 15 years and will continue to do so, due to our commitment to PSA, NCAA, NAIA and Coaches.

We see almost all of our clients live, many on multiple occasions. We work very closely with our clients and their parents and know them and their traits very well. We are in close touch all the way from scouting the players, the recruiting process and all the way up to graduation, no handovers to other staff members.

We do not (like most all other agencies these days) use generic systems such as plattforms or apps for marketing our clients. Doing so looses all personal touch with the fundamental aspects of this industry, which comes down to personal matching for both the client and the coach.

Our CEO Emil Kumlin (former youth professional at IFK Gothenburg, Swedish youth national team experince and 4 year college player, earning many awards in the SSC) have over 15 years experince in the industry, assisting over 800 soccer players to College in the U.S.

Two of which have gone all the way to the MLS, and others back to being pro´s here in Sweden. 6 players have been on the MLS draft list. Over 50 players being named all-conference in NCAA D1, NCAA D2 and NAIA.
